Defo, need to be brave and mix the media up. I often bottle out of it when I'm in the flow., just in case I feck it up. Got to grasp it!

@@CUTEMKUltras Yes man, gotta have confidence in whatever endeavor - time effort, repetition and then some more. I think that I focused too much on the texture of the paper or surface - like with acrylics I hated bumps and wanted the paper to be as smooth even after painting but now I see that the texture is as much part of the character of the artwork. I so wish I`d have had more confidence then maybe I would have done a hell of a lot more (even though I`ve done thousands over the years).

@@BornWriter I heard a story about Snug once. Don't know if you know him, I've only met him once, nice bloke. I always wondered why he didn't paint that much. Apparently he's such a perfectionist that if he's not happy with part of his piece, he can't just paint over it, he has to sand it too! Takes him a long time. Pity because he's an amazing painter

@@CUTEMKUltras I`m familiar with his work but never met him - yeah he does some dope work. I was mentored a bit by Eazel of the OldSchool crew TDK (you gotta have heard of him?) and his work ethic was so intense - he was a pure perfectionist and although I adopted that way for a while I mutated into a different way but sure as hell so glad that I learned and can revert to that way if necessary

@@BornWriter Eazel's a bit of a ledge and TDK are still massive. Always great to hear about the giant names of yesteryear. Some of the work they did to create the scene was epic. I'm often gratefull I'm still on the scene to appreciate it
