Hi, thank you for this video it's very helpful! Can I ask you how to made the number 6? I'm trying but without success! :)
@kennarddln2 жыл бұрын
Hello! Sorry for the late response as I was busy these past months. By number 6 do you mean the parallel cube? If yes, I've added the support (the one that's separated from the cube on the template) through the middle and made sure that the fold on the top part of the cube folds downwards. One flap of the support is glued on to one side of the top of the cube, and the other flap of the support is glued on to the base. Hope this helped!

Obrigada, Bere Adams by Brasil. Hello Kennard, congratulations on the work! I am trying to make the pop up elements, but I did not understand how you do the last of the first stage, with more elaborate and turning mechanisms: 35, 42, 43 and 44.Do you have a tutorial on these elements? Thank you, Bere Adams by Brasil. bereadams@gmail.com

Thank you! Unfortunately I do not have a tutorial for these, but I would try my best to explain how I did those as far as I can remember. 35 - The wheel goes through the upper-right figure, and the "arm" goes through the hole on the figure on the middle. I believe I've also cut a circle on the "+" on the figure on the middle just enough for it to fit on through the figure on the right as well. 42 and 43 - I used a thread. For 42 I believe the thread goes through one hole on the base, then I have wrapped the thread multiple times on the slits on the rectangle (bottom right figure, I think I've only used half of it) then glued it onto the ellipses, and the thread though the pull tab then the other hole on the base. Same thing for 43 but no need to wrap around multiple times, the wrapping was what caused it to spin. 44 - I believe I used the dots o the figures as guides as to where to cut slits (similar to the wheel tabs) then glued them on to the ellipse and square. It was also a trial and error for me as I did not have a guide as well and most of the time I had to improvise because I also do not understand the template 😅 I hope this helped though!
