So a couple of years ago I was having so many problems with my Apple ID switching into my new phone. Ended up being paired with a customer service rep who was super nice. She took control of my computer screen and made a stressful situation calmer. We ended talking and having a lot in common when we had empty time (her supervisor was trying to figure out my issue too). She drew smiley faces into my computer screen and made my laugh. FOUR hours later the problem is finally solved and I said “omg I’m actually going to miss you I feel like we’re friends” and she logged into her Facebook and added me (while still in control of my computer screen). We were both sad hanging up but I am happy to report we still keep up and I have watched her daughter grow up a little bit through Facebook! The world is too small and life is too short to not make friends like this!
