Only problem is the delivery time.. even for metro cities like Bangalore it is taking 15 days for the shipping and delivery

I had a terrible experience with Flo Mattress. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and has caused significant back pain. It’s far from what they advertise. To make things worse, their customer service and escalation team are unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite multiple follow-ups, including dealing with Aparna Joshi, I only received new timeframes and no real resolution. I cannot recommend this product or company to anyone.

Mostly I heard about delvy issues which happened to me aswell but it was not by brand it was the delvy company who delivers late they keep mattress in warehouse and say we can't come to ur place vehicle is not there... They come according to there own comfort
