Great video!! Amazing bobber downs!! Q, what kind of tape do you use to wrap up the reel to the rod? I noticed the bright red tape. How would it hold up under colder temps and taking off, does it mess up the cork at all? Also, water looked colored up a bit, what color baits/bags where you using?

Just electrical tape! Doesn’t seem to mess anything up. We run a variety of bag colors pink orange chartreuse etc. thanks for watching!

Wow then kept coming and all very good no excellent size!! Just curious if you use that method in clear water have you seen other trout or salt chasing the hooked fish? I wondered cuz you see them in shoals and I fished for thin lip grey mullet using the exact same method and sea trout seem to mix in with the shoals and when I hooked a big grey mullet all the other fish in the shoal chased it during the fight attacking the float I'm assuming they thought it was more bait. Anyway 🎣 introduced to know 😉
