Sugarcane Juice: Watching them press fresh sugarcane through a traditional roller was a treat in itself, and the icy, refreshing juice? Unreal.
Famous Banh Mi: A classic Vietnamese sandwich stuffed with dried pork, cucumber, and love-it hit all the right notes.
Unique Corn Mix: A medley of peanuts, dried beef, mango, onions, and more-a sweet, savory, spicy explosion of flavors!

At the Saw Hai Noodle Factory, I got a behind-the-scenes look at how Vietnamese noodles are made-mixing rice flour with dragon fruit for a gorgeous red hue, then shaping it all into noodles. The highlight? A rice noodle pizza topped with pork, eggs, peanuts, coconut sauce, and fresh greens. It was crispy, flavorful, and unforgettable!
