This must have been the last work that Pharoah did. How lucky of Sam Shepard and how fortunate for us. Incredible.

Pharaoh’s journey from shrieking pain to blissful realization many of us took back then. You can go through it if you can find those early Impulses.

My God I am the pickiest man alive as far as my music and THIS is up there. I'm going to officially add this to my desert island collection. Maybe the MOST inspirational album for me in years. It's so in tune/on point as far as invoking a spiritual fufillment in me that I know it's going to send me on a quest to find more music like it. Will I succeed?? Hard to say what could come close to this phenomenal spiritual 4th world wonder.

There are some ambient songs or albums that I can't listen to because they're too static. Unlike those, this album feels like a genuinely through-composed and thought-out piece.

It is abrupt all right. On the full album it continues seamlessly from Movement 1 to Mov 2, I think.

Listing my findings. If you buy the album, and listen to it in Bandcamp, it may or may not pause between movements. However, I also downloaded the album, and haven't noticed those pauses in Groove. I guess the movement boundaries are just time stamps in the album. Neither YT nor Bandcamp knows about their nature, and may give you a pause simply because the separate tracks are on separate files, and these need to be fetched from a server. Guessing here?

@@jyrkilahtonen791 you're correct - on apple music the transition between tracks are seamless. I usually don't even know it's progressed to the next track unless i see the popup haha really keeps the mood going
