For the last many rainy seasons in India, rains are getting deficient every year during monsoons, and pattern is getting more and more erratic. Regularity is long gone. This is on IMD record. To say that India is facing floods due to heavy rains is false. Reasons for floods in North Indian rivers' basins stretching from Punjab to Assam is on account of frenzied melting of Himalayan glaciers prompted by climate change. One reputed German climatologist says the flooding of Indian plains will increase until 2030. After that glacial water run-off will keep getting reduced every year, as many glaciers would have melted by then. Afterwards, the whole Gangetic plain will slowly turn to desert like river Nizer basin has done. Another reason for flooding of northern Indian plains is that it has turned into a gigantic concrete jungle where even 2 to 3 hours of rain floods a city like Delhi in no time. Because water has a little or no escape.

As said in this documentary, the monsoon season in India starts from June and last until sep-oct. Earlier, the rain was nearly equally distributed in all these 4 months. But now, the amount of rain is same as earlier but instead of raining all these four months, It pours in just a few days very heavily and the remaining time faces draught like situation.

Realize in a warming atmosphere the moist must be in the air. When the atmosphere is cooling down it loosens the accumulated energy of the evaporated water in the past by the warming up. In fact is the earth rapid cooling down and is all the energy of years in a quick tempo released to the vacuum of space and all the accumulated moist in the air coming back to the earth. If we see the sea water surface temperatures at the equator the temperatures are quick falling down till 2018 they were about 30 C and more while now they drop below 20 C in 2 years time it means 5 C dropping in a year and I call that rapid cooling down. The sea has an average level due to a balance reaction of water with sand, it can temporary rise but fall down by the subsequent reaction what has to do with the energy state of the earth in the vacuum of the space. Lies accumulate to secrets but what is a growing secret for the future of eternity ? it seems to take away the contains of the word and a growing secret by lies logical is for the future of eternity impossible. Yes is yes and no is no and there is no no man's land between. Humanity would loose all the sense by loosing the word. Creation is well founded by the word till promises for the judgement but exists of energy, an energetic construction by word accordingly life. So, no one is going to discuss that several poor people have illegally built homes on flood plains , river beds and lake beds where they are not supposed to? Sure these places haven’t seen water in years but you still are not supposed to build on wherever you find land. Inter-linking of rivers maybe a way out to redistribute waters, but that’s going to take billions of dollars. For instance the government could divert the Indus and its tributaries to the deserts of Gujarat and Rajasthan. And perhaps the north east rivers can be diverted to the Easter coast and the south, which suffer from water shortage. Basically new flood channels and interlinked canals have to be built. I would think a $100 billion project should do it. Diverting the Indus and all its tributaries would be the easiest as no one is going to care about whether Pakistanis live or die. Diverting north east waters might be tricky as Bangladesh is a great friend of India’s. But firstly poor people need to move away from illegal settlements on river beds, embankments. Incessant complaining channels like CNA is not going to help. People need to learn and act.
