Floods bring in untold miseries to Ibrampur villagers

Rain has wreaked havoc in several villages across Goa. The last three years have been disastrous for Ibrampur villagers flooding has disrupted normalcy and brought countless miseries to the villagers. The dark clouds over the villagers are not just brought upon by the rain. Water let out from Tillari dam also leads to flooding, thus adding to their woes.
