Its sad that some people have to be negative about the birthday bumper. I know when its my birthday or any of my families we are always happy even if there's something thats doesn't go to plan. Dyslexia seems to be common in the farming/rural world. A bigger problem than it used to be with all the paper work needed today. I discovered I had it when my father could read the subtitles on the TV before they disappeared and I could not.

I’m dyslexic too. Well done Olly. It would never bother me being called something different or silly, it always surprises me when people get so cross over spelling and pronunciation. I can only write with help of computer. But I’d far rather be someone who fixes, makes stuff or music than be an obsessive speller who criticises hard working people who have to think outside the box to get stuff done. Our brains have to work twice as hard so give us a break please and definitely give Olly some slack.

Eddie the Battersea lurcher is the dog we Re-homed from Battersea 1st of October 2023. Thanks Olly so this gives Battersea Dogs and Cats Home a plug and supports the North West Air Ambulance. I know all about being dyslexic my spelling is sh1t, if I get stressed even writing is almost impossible , and like you I find pronouncing some words difficult. I don't think people should criticise you do a lot of fund raising you don't have to. Two of my three children are also dyslexic we each have our own a strategies to cope and get thought life, you have strengths to balance the dyslexia. Keep up the good work. Roger & Eddie.

Chin up, lots to look forward to in 2025 Olly, the issue with the tax will get resolved. As many will say if its too easy its no fun, farming can be tough at times and rewarding in others. The birthdays are always great, don't concentrate on the doubters and the negative three will always be people that complain even when you are helping them.

Suggestion, why dot you put the birthdays as the ending as a written message, you would not have add them I’m sure Ian could do this? It would eliminate you saying anything incorrectly and reduce the hassle, I have Dyslexia, trust me i though that DNA was short for The National Association 😂
