Props to Nigel for doing that transition gap! I used to do a lot of aggressive inlining (until I cracked one of the boots and couldn't afford to buy a new pair because the company which made them had relocated outside of the USA), and did transition gaps like that...and they're terrifying the first time (or three). That obstacle course looked really fun, but a couple spots (that transition being one of them) are harder than they look on camera.

I’d love to see a video where there’s a crew of people from all disciplines going on a street/park session together. Skateboarders, bmxers, rollerbladers, scooter riders. Everyone sessions the same spots and obstacles. Everyone would get so psyched up seeing each other kill it regardless of what they ride. And it would be cool to see how each discipline approaches the same obstacle differently.

When I was a kid in-liners were not like by skaters. We called them fruit booters and shit. I always thought it was crazy, strapping the wheels on your feet and hitting the rails and gaps we do. BMX was looked at like that too for a while, now the scooter kids are getting theirs. Once everyone realizes how different and difficult each of the sports are, only then can they truly appreciate them.

maaaan I miss riding in-line skates... Back when I was a kid it was like 200 euro to get some rollerblades where I live, so I'd just take out a wheel from my in-lines and slide on the plastic between the wheels LOL never actually got real rollerblades, but this is making me want to... It's too bad we only have one proper indoor skatepark around here, and it's always filled with kids who are WAAAAAY better than me LOL so yeah. I don't want to be the grown ass dude rollerblading like a wobbly duckling in the midst of all these super talented kids... Halp.
