Hi Buckeye Creeker! Hope you are doing great. Sorry to hear about what happened with your other channel. Always love this song. It is so unique. I cannot think of another band with a song even remotely similar to this one. The way Floor's floats angelically over the top of that powerful metal rhythm. It is what hooked me, chilled me, and started the waterworks. In all my years as a passionate music fan I have never heard anything like it. Powerful, yet so melodically beautiful and exhilarating. One word. "Floorgasm"! You are right one Buckeye. Emppu uses his solo work just like a vocalist. He sings with his guitar. Most of the time? Every now and then he cuts loose, but always stays within the song and still usually has a singable section interspersed. I caught that edit (well done) my friend. YT loves to insert an ad right in the middle of this section. They know how popular this song and reactions to it are. You feel it! I do as well. Every time, it hits so hard emotionally. Every single performance of Ghost Love Score is special. I recommend you check out these two versions the first was much earlier than Wacken 2013 Floor had only been with Nightwish 2 months. Also the tarja Performances, even when not in superb Quality and ofc more operatic and missing last Part Floor added by Her own, are some i reall love to watch from Time to Time, remembering of different days, not better or Bad as Today, but well...different:) were in my absolute Primes, mid 30s, and well , they already did Own every Stage: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4CndIBoa6-Lhbs its nearly 20 Years old, this Footage. but its somehow also concludes, why everyone is so buffled, why 72000 ppl in Wacken know every damn Lyric, and by the sound of the Stagemonitor humming could tell which SOngs comes next. Well many of us were exercising an loong Way in front:) if you get hands on End of an Era Concert DVD/BR or Digital, i can only say, do it, the Bucks are well invested!

I love watching reactions to GLS! It's almost always first timers, so it's fun seeing someone who already knows and loves it (and NW in general) reacting. This was the first NW video I watched and the first time I heard them performing one of their songs, but not the first time I'd heard a piece of their music. My son played violin in a youth orchestra accompanying a rock band, so of course I went along. They played familiar and unfamiliar covers, and the one that blew me away was by Nightwish. I recognised the band's name but that was all, and I decided to check them out...then didn't get round to it for six months. Then I was watching a vocal analysis of Judas Priest and YT happened to recommend GLS. I had a typical reaction and dived into the rabbithole. Soon I decided I really wanted to see them live, but that was just in time for covid to mess everything up, but at least that gave me the opportunity for more rabbithole diving! The rest, as they say, is history...

Hello sir, never too many reactions of Nightwish. Floor Jansen is great sure. But Tuomas Holopainen is Nightwish, he is our metal Mozart writing and composing these beautiful songs. And that drummer, Jukka, I always always give him credits. That style, drumming is heart beat of music and Jukka does it so perfectly. Years ago I bought head bandanas when I saw Jukka first time , not live but in web. I have all Nightwish albums since 1996 and I was at their live concert here in Finland last June. And I tell you nothing comparess to seeing them live! It was magic to see them live these beautiful songs. If you ever have a chance seeing them live..go!

If you really want Nightwish to rip the heart and soul from your body, check out 'Dead Boy's Poem'. Keep the lyrics, and a full box of Kleenex, handy. The composition, arrangement and execution by the band is just about perfect and, if Floor does not reduce you to tears, you are already dead:)
