@@Snyxo Best thing would be to film yourself and have someone that you can talk to, it helps a lot but it can be hard to find someone. Most coaches have zero knowledge about goalies. But filming yourself can both help you find your areas of improvement and help your mental aspect.

@@pikkanenkappeli7910 If I think that I have had a decent performance i tilt the goal down and catch on my back leg. Its mostly a gesture, like "closing the shop" etc
