I said they should call it more but I meant on actual flops. I would not have called that one a flop due to the amount of body contact by the opposing player but might have called a blocking foul (or was it a charge?) but what I really don't understand is it being a retro-call. I didn't know refs could go back in time to a prior play to assess a retroactive foul. Is there a limit to how far back in a game they can do this? Can they call a foul in the fourth quarter that they thought about but couldn't decide on in the first? And is this only for technicals but also personal fouls?
