MAGNIFICENT SOUNDTRACK! What a lovely romantic flow between you. And fine drone shots throughout, especially above the boat. Memories are flooding back --- because 40 years ago, my French girlfriend and I --- trekked from Pokara lakeside --- to Jomoson and Mutinath roundtrip --- a glorious 17 days in all. We were guided my two cheerful Nepali porters, whom we meet casually in a chai shop. In 1983 --- there were no motor-roads the entire way --- only pristine mountain trails the whole way Now you can even fly to Jomoson --- or take a bus.

Note wanted to zip line down the mountain to return back. Surprisingly there’s one in Pokhara where the zip line stars from the top of the hill and there are nice hotels too, to all the way down to the bottom with your bag pack too so you don’t have to go back up and it’s pretty long and it’s cool. If you guys wanna view mighty snowy mountains from close and don’t want to go on a multiple days long trek, Poon Hill is just the destination.

"Taxis do feel little expensive in Nepal, 😂 but if you think they increase the price for tourists, then no, they charge the same rate even for us locals😂. We too have to bargain. The main reason for the high costs is the price of petrol, which can sometimes reach 200 Nepalese Rupees for 1 liter and they even have to pay their owners who actually own the taxis. So, sometimes if you can't bargain or find the right price, you can use online services like Indrive or Pathao."
