This is a 'Pro' series. Never should there be a start called off because someone broke the rules. Let it continue and black flag them to serve the penalty, or take away a 'pre determined' number of positions at the first caution. No caution, take that number of finishing positions post race.

I’d rather they do that than do a penalty after the race as fans are leaving. Same as nascar now when they penalized Byron after the race for spinning Denny. Do it during the race not after everyone’s left the track
