Envelope Punch Board
1 piece of 8 ½ x 8 ½ whisper white card stock for the main envelope box
With envelope punch board punch and score at 3 ⅜
then move your card stock over and punch and score at 4 ⅜
rotate and line up with 1st score line and punch and score
move over to next score line and punch and score again
then rotate to the opposite side that you just scored and punched line up score marks and punch and score both lines as before
then rotate across from the 1st punch and score areas and only punch, do not score this area
fold and burnish these score lines then with area that has not been scored towards your top cut up to the score line to make a tab on both bottom areas and then cut a small wedge off
cut away and remove both top ones on each side
1 piece of 8 ⅜ x 8 ⅜ pattern paper for the layers
(better to have a paper that is not directional)
Punch and score at 3 ⅜ and 4 ⅜ just like the box and repeat just like the envelope
Fold and burnish and then with your paper trimmer cut along all the score lines to separate them
Remove ⅛ from each of the triangle pieces at the bottom
1 - 5 ½ X 8 piece of colored vellum cut to the same size as the center piece
1 - 5 ½ X 8 solid card stock for the inside
1 - 5 ½ x 8 whisper white to mat the inside on top of the solid colored card stock
10 ½ X 8 whisper white scored at 5 ¼ then burnish and trim to box size
Corner round top of box, center pattern piece, vellum, and the piece that
you just folded and burnished
Adhere all the pattern paper as cut
Adhere double sided tape to the inside of the box so the cellophane will
stay in place
Die cut of Happy Easter or Happy Birthday from Silver Foil Sheet
Cut from Stitched Nester Label Dies 1 whisper white, one clear vellum,
and 1 from Mint Macaron
Wooden Round Dowel cut to 8 ½
½ Gray Granite Textured Weave Ribbon
Paper Flowers and Leaves
Rhinestones or other embellishments
Glue Gun
Cellophane Wrap

I adapted the design to be a flat card that can be mailed in a 5 3/4"x 8" flat envelope. Make the envelope card from your base cardstock that is 7 1/2" square and punch and score at 3 3/8". Follow the same sequence as mentioned in the video to leave one flap unscored, but only score once to make the envelope card. Cut lining paper 1/8" smaller all around and decorate the inside and front flaps. Cut a double back piece the same dimensions as the back of the envelope card, adhere in place and decorate with lining paper 1/8" smaller. Adhere to back of envelope card. Stamp and cut out flatter flowers and leaves, arrange as desired. For the mailing envelope, cut your base paper 10 1/2" x 10 1/2", and punch and score at 4 1/2", follow standard instructions to make an envelope. Thanks, Juanette, for such a lovely card!
