Health anxiety is the worst- completely feel for you, as I also have a focus around my heart, cancer and brain tumours. Riddled my teen life, slightly better now- as a 30 year old, but definitely have huge triggers and periods of inflamed ‘symptoms’ xxx

One thing that helped me was rescue remedy throat drops, helps me to relax got from Holland and Barrett xx

These are what I always worry about too, constantly feeling my pulse/checking my fitbit and I've always got something that I'm worrying about, if I have a headache, it's a brain tumour, a mole, it's skin cancer, chest pains, it's a heart attack. It's like I can't just have nothing to worry about 🥺

I live in canada and we have a place called bulk barn. Everything is in bins and you scoop out what you want. They have white hot chocolate. Not sure if you have anything similar to that. However, I used to melt white chocolate buttons in milk and it tastes even better ❤
