After seeing your Vlog we camped at Fort Pickens National Seashore May 2 to 7th. The beach was absolutely gorgeous! The weather was beautiful and we went to eat at the South Market at your suggestion and had the Meatloaf. This is absolutely going to be a yearly trip for us. No other Florida beaches compare to the beauty of the National Seashore. The only thing is it sure was hot! Have to get that fan!

We retired to Panama City Beach last year, and we are loving life! They definitely call it the “Emerald Coast” for a reason. Welcome to Florida! So glad you are enjoying yourselves on our beautiful panhandle. BTW, we travel with a small teardrop, and have really enjoyed your channel. Thanks for the great content and recommendations. You’ve really helped us in our travels this year! (You are welcome any time to stop by for a hot shower and do some laundry if you come through our town). Stay safe!

Love the videos. Just sharing a tip that I’ve learned last few years from taking cooking classes. Instead of placing the index finger on the heel of the blade, try to grab the knife by the blade with thumb and index and not put your finger down the heel. It offers much more control over the blade and a better chef cookings scenario cheers

If you notice actually physically feeling better after being at the beach, the waves hitting the shore produces ions proven to make you feel better 😎 I always wondered why I felt better after going to the beach and found out there’s an actual for real reason for it. Ahhhh 🥰

The longer you simmer heavy cream the thicker it gets. You also get a creamier flavor. Here's one for you. Dice a shallot and saute it. Add our heavy cream on low low heat. Let's say 30 minutes. Add chopped fresh dill and salt and pepper. If you have Mrs. Knorr veggie boullion or seafood boullion just break off a piece and add that to the cream. Don't use the entire piece. It will be to salty. Or you could add a little of that veggie broth Serve it over fish or You can toss cooked boiled potatoes in it.

I bought my son Brian your cookbook for Christmas and we made the shrimp and grits today. Your cookbook ingredients list says cornmeal but Kellie is saying grits in the vlog. Brian bought cornmeal which is what we used. It was still delicious but I would have used grits. I have never heard of cornmeal being used like that in a recipe before. Brian thought the shrimp would be good over pasta as well. We will be making it again.
