Both teams were on their A game this morning. It felt like a final four or the NCAA championship game. We had everything. As a KY fan I did not expect us to play this good. Will say first time watching a full Flordia game and Martin is one dangerous dude. Anyhow, that was a fantastic game, and I think both coaches realized what needs to be worked on with that being defense. Flordia was doing very well defensively at the start, but Mark was able to get his team to fix the mistakes to match it. KY would have good defense and shut down Flordia for a while, and then Golden would make a change to bring his team back. It was a straight battle out there. Think both teams needed this type of game regardless of who won or loss. Believe this will DEF help Flordia when going against Tennesse next week. And it will help KY next week as well.

I hope pollsters don't punish SEC teams too much for beating each other up. Whoever wins the regular season will probably have at least 5 or 6 losses, so there will be awesome teams with 6,7 8 losses, but they'll still be among the ten best and should be ranked that way.

I am a UK fan and honestly though we'd lose. Florida is a great team and played overall great. The last few minutes though UK just made their shots, and Florida didnt. If we'd play thay game 100 times, Florida would def win half if them.

yes if they had the same refs. Florida went to the ft line 20 more times than KY. The refs in the second half called foul after foul after Florida missed shots that kept them close. We should have won by 25

I know, it’s like they want UK to be hated, and have you heard some of the questions they’re ask our players? It’s baffling, like, how is the weight of the world effecting your jump shot? You know, it’s on you to hit every 3 and not ever miss any? How do you think missing 3’s is effecting your jump shot? How bad does it get you down when you miss a lay up? Do you go home and cry? How important is it being at UK and knowing you’re expected to win every game? I can’t stand that nonsense, they’re kids, and these hard hitting questions you think you’re asking make you look like, well I’m not gonna say bc I’ve been banned for saying less by YT, but you get the idea.
