The new requirements will not come out until July. They stated the changes in Tallahassee during the Great American Realtor Days when Senate Bill 102 passed. The changes and the additional funds were approved in the bill.

The occupation piece is going away on June 1st 2023. I use basic software: imovie for some, Adobe Rush for others.

We have two main offices in Jacksonville and Pensacola and work the surrounding areas...but there are NUMEROUS agents that can help with this program.

Interest rates vary from lender to lender...but if you need closing cost assistance this program might be helpful. You can also go to www.904Heroes.com and sign up to use a realtor who will also give you about 25% of their commission when you buy or sell a home. That can be additional savings!

Not any more difficult than refinancing with a second mortgage on the home. The numbers just have to work, depending on what type of refinance you are doing.
