Check your wording. "He says" he didn't commit? The court says he didn't commit. This isn't an innocent until proven guilty thing. You have to prove that that you didn't do it innocent instead of not guilty. You're a news organization you know exactly how hard that is. Your word choice was intentional, ment to discredit the innocent verdict.
