By the way, the game is called ocean is home 2 is a sequel to the first game except you’re in a town and just like the real game ocean is home one materials you start with a knife and everything is normal but this time you’re in a town so hunting is not necessary and at the start you have a car called “uncle joes pickup”

You actually can drive a garbage truck. Its on the map with the recycle logo. Moreover I think the train (which you can use) is on the other side of the island where most animals are. (See map). I played the mobile version that's how I know...also you can buy weapons. Select map and tap the shopping cart icon.
