Great advice. Lot's of emotional buyers in the last 1-2 years who will now find themselves in a house that they did not inspect thoroughly. And potentially will not have any equity in for quite some time.

I bought it last year; everyone said that, but the price keeps rising. Even if it drops back down, I still got a super low interest-rate

@@Matt-uy8tw That's great so long as you look at it as more of a long term place to live rather than something you plan to sell in a few years. And hopefully you were advised to get a thorough inspection and didn't make a hasty decision to purchase, then you should be fine.

@@brianrotenberger1174 I never considered not inspecting the house but I was rather aggressive biding. You're right I didn't buy this house with investment in mind; rather, It's a great place to raise my family. knock on wood it was the right choice moving money out of the stock market at that time
