yea tooooo many HUMANS on the water. this is the sharks waters and we humans have reduced their food, damaged their habitat and in general made their lives horrible. Sharks are a necessary part of the ecosystem and what you are experiencing is that they have too little food so they have to go after human injured fish. (the ones you are catching.) the issue is that we have done soooooo much damage that our fisheries are ill. all over the US. so these predators have to compete with us just to be able to sustain. so if you want to help, than I would suggest reducing the number of fishing license for florida. of course this wont happen but when you consider all of the environmental disaster ocuring in FL their will be a total collapse of most fisheries anyways in the next ten years. (this is not what I wish, but this is what happens when you combine red tides, overfishing, innordinate amounts of invasive species destroying fish nurseries. ) Basically FL's environment is in a death spiral and your experience with the sharks are the result of this.

It's a learned behavior predators always take the easy meal it's no different than the seals on cape cod they sit around wait for a hooked fish even with fish blitzing everywhere the sharks in Florida have plenty to eat

Same with bears braking into cars and camp sites and seagulls living in a McDonald's parking lot

Aaron that is a sick video! After an afternoon session like that at the inlet you need to go roll for a couple of hours 😂😂😂. What a testament to the AL-13 drag. You content and quality are outstanding. Well done sir! Stay safe out there brother!

My only tarpon was a full size adult on budget medium light combo with 10lb braid and a Halloween colored Mirrolure 😅 my next PB was recently a 30" snook on the basically the same setup (except on a slightly lighter rod. Daiwa Sweepfire) so yes, to me, 30lb braid is heavy idk how i even managed 😭

Hey Abenz, what are you doing every time you hit your go pro and it beeps one time? I’m trying to figure out how to loop record and save whatever clips I want when fishing
@AbenzFishing26 күн бұрын
It’s called hindsight. The go pro is always recording 15-30 seconds and dumping until I hit record
