FLORIDA Shorebreak Wabasso 2023

Got out to film 2 hours at my local beach and captured some guys kinda scoring for over here on the east coast. lots of closeouts but a couple that were makable. Enjoy.

Great video of Wabasso Shorebreak with everybody getting in it. When it was happening, it had some juice. Surfed it many times long ago when I was 17. It was just like in the video, such a fun little wave. Thanks so much for the clip here, brought back some sweet memories.

Thanks for posting. Some of the most fun dayz of my youth were spent surfing shore pound at Wabasso... sand would come out of every orifice.

Surfed wabasso on a trip 35 years ago. Locals sent us there when we called some other spots soft. Fun road rash that day.

I remember that break. I used to call it wobbly hole, not Wabasso, cause it could beach slap you into the shallows or the beach itself, which it did me once, hahaha. Killer shorebreak if you could catch it right. I caught Monster Hole inside, (shorbreak), at two feet overhead. A bit longer ride and not directly onto the beach, but pretty close and fast, but makeable and fun.
