Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been looking into Airbnb for snow birding there this coming winter (2-3 months, Jan- March) n some of these places are $3k/ mo. And up😮! Man I can’t afford that on a fixed income, I mean I save but Florida is becoming the least affordable place for snow birding. Also, wish that on these rental sites there was a filter for “walkable neighborhoods “, I mean who can rent for that price n pay for a car rental for 2-3 months? You mentioned a list of things renters should ask selves, having NO car and a walkable area should be on that list of wants!

Stayed at Breakaway Inn at Lauderdale by the Sea, you mentioned you are in LBTS. Wanting to go there because I absolutely loved it there, again can’t find anything I can afford. There’s also not a lot to choose from on Airbnb😞

top tip, have plenty of money. in new smyrna it will cost at least 4000 a month. you could maybe find something a little less but good luck.

The background noise is very distracting. It should be lower so it’s in the background. The way it is it’s competing with your message. Audio is a very important part of video. That said. Thank you!
