Wow, looking at this guy's record is ridiculous. He was hired from Western Kentucky to South Florida based on having two 7-5 seasons in the Sun Belt Conference. He was hired at Oregon for basically winning the AAC East in 2016. That is literally the only accomplishment he has in his entire career. He has been failing-up ever since.
