Love your vlogs on Orlando..we are going back in Feb 25...yayyy...but we stay at Rosen Inn closest to universal but we are going to do a walk up International Drive like yourselves...and just see what each day brings..have a lovely holiday..if you have time try and go to Wild Florida uts a drive through safari plus a few other things you can do...well worth the money.. Have a lovely time..

Great vlog, always brings back memories of our BA journeys. Can't believe how busy Gatwick was ! Cabin crew are hit and miss, if we have anything in the seat not working we report it to the Cabin crew. They do not tell u about the snacks at the back , good to know they are there. Cant understand the pot of cous cous, salad thing so many people don't like those. We have never been to Chequers , heard they had lively coke 😅. If you get a chance take the grandkids to Twistee Treats , there are several across Orlando. Absolutely excellent ice cream. We have the Kiddie Twirl they are enough to share but so many different flavours. Look forward to the vlogs ❤

I’ve just returned home from Orlando last week. Rosen inn -pointe I think same as you’re staying now? I’m watching because I’m still suffering from holiday blues I don’t know weather it’s a good or bad thing to watch because I just want to be back😥 the weather the last couple weeks was glorious. 35 degrees most days hardly any rain.

Hi guys, have been watching your vlogs for a while now - always love travel day! 😊 We are off to Florida with BA in August and I was just wondering about the seats you’ve picked. We’ve booked and paid for the row of 2 at the very back on the opposite side of the aircraft and I noticed in your video 16:59 that there is a curtain pulled around them during the flight. Am I right in assuming these are used for crew rest seats? I’m worried that we may be re-allocated if this is the case and wondering if I should change to the seats you guys are in so there is no risk of us being moved 😬 have you ever had any experience of this? Thanks 😊

Yes you are correct they are for the crew. They don't normally allow you to book these seats so I'm sure you will be fine. If you are worried then try changing them for peace of mind. Thank you for your message. Wishing you a wonderful holiday. x

We have travelled a few times now on BA in economy and yes very comfy and spacious. Food is good too and crew very friendly. We can't fault them.

From the times you’ve been to Florida has there been much turbulence on the ways there and back and also how long around about are you over the sea?

Depending on route and weather usually about 6 hours over sea. Turbulence depends on stormy weather, pilot usually goes around to avoid these but you may get 5 mins never too long and normally don't even notice it. Hope this helps.

Just a question I know Carole you have had medical issues. Can you tell me which travel insurance you go with as hubby has had cancer but in remission at present but as we go to Florida normally twice a year not happening at present as insurance is ridiculous.

I have a revolut premium card and it includes insurance they haven't asked about declaring any medical issues and I have read policy all through. Must admit I have bloods taken and checked before I travel. If I became very poorly I would try to get an early flight home as soon as I could. I hope this helps. We all have to live by the rules and there are no rules stating how many hours elderly people can travel on a plane. So until they change the rules we will be travelling to any country we wish to explore. If we felt we were unhealthy to travel we wouldn't. Thank you for your message.
