I think your content is excellent and very informative. However you never fail to make me LOL! Keep em coming. I first went to Miramar right out of high school in 1977. Since then I have lived and owned all over Florida on both coasts. Leaving in 2004, it's heartbreaking to watch and listen to some of your Fl content. I worked pressure cleaning and painting tile roofs in the 70s in some of your NOW worst neighborhoods. Hardly a problem back then.

Lakewood Ranch is awesome and we have a huge Brazilian population here now. There are alot of jobs and plenty of Brazilians here. The park in the town center is always packed with them. Insurance will vary depending on factors. A low rate is 97-130. But if you end up in a high fraud zip code can be 320-420. So make sure not to end up in a poor area higher rates.

Like to get back into buying and selling used cars too but the dealer license is expensive, before I used a dealer's friend's license to buy at the dealer only auctions. I bet those Brasilians are not illegals living there in Lakewood Ranch as many are in other parts of FL. I came very close to buying a condo in Lake Bayshore or Bayshore Gardens but just could not do it when they were 55-85k, glad I didn't. I would prefer to live in those areas, near the airport or out west off Cortez We have the same prob you have, sleeping late. Go to bed at 0100 and wake up at 1300. I'm retired in Brasil but still it's not the best thing to do. Really screws up your life. If I was in FL I'd go back to the 2200 > 0900 schedule. I think it's due to not having enough to do, beeing bored. I can fix that in FL. The high food prices have me a little worried. I can fill up a cart here for $50. Think in a year things will be better as I see things getting back to normal, car prices, real estate etc. Food might not due to price gouging. @@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS

I remember growing up looking and the heroin addict in my neighborhood would taking out the water hose and the hosting down peoples front stoop and cleaning the streets, and the heroin addict from my era they were all clean, and they all had a job, even if it was part time.

We almost bought a house there (glad it fell thru) well they were asking 90K (2020) and when we offered 90K they changed the price to 120K overnight so we backed down.
