Yeah, it is hot but it is horseradish so it is a totally different type of hot compared to peppers or the One Chip. It is miserably intense and burns all the way up into your sinuses, behind your eyes, and can even affect your ears. But it goes away super quickly. It does not linger like pepper heat. It will already be mostly gone by the time the minute is up and within 10 minutes your won't notice anything at all except clear sinuses and a slight burn in your stomach.
