For anyone who is watching this video or is here to check before buying a resale flat in florista county: Now the conditions have been much improved and you can live a peaceful life in this society. I would not say its 100% but i would definitely say 75-80% of the problems have been solved. No society is PERFECT so we cant expect this. The location is good very near to shops and colleges .. building looks unique than other projects in this area, lobby and open space is nice. Also the flats are spacious as compared to other projects.

Whenever I called Florista office, I talked to newly employed person saying that I am new and don't know anything, not professional approach, Ek receipt dene ke liye 2 mahine lagate hai, pata nahi amenities kab milenge, but I believe that finally all problems have solution in janta ki adalat, hope condition will improve in future

Ravi u r doing a great work by showing real examples of persons that have faced hardships. NGOs & Case Study persons from Management, law, Commerce should take initiative to give inputs to 3 arms of Constitution ie Executive, Judiciary & Legislation. Congress is busy in impeachment of 1 Judge. But Indians r facing total collapse of law. Except Farmer, Middle class person NO ONE IS AFRAID OF LAW. Police may take complaint, but how to bring results.... Some persons r interested only in wasting their time on unwanted comments about Ravi. Please rise & mature to understand the real issue faced by COMMON MAN WHO INVESTS & WANTS A PEACE OF MIND IN THE FLAT HE PURCHASES!!!!!!!

Suppose there are 2 buildings, phase 1 possession is 2018 and next 2019 in such scenarios people do take possession. What's your take on same?

All these problems of finishing up partly ready buildings can be completed by the owners themselves instead of the builder. The owners+banks should create an escrow account for finishing each building on their own - and direct EMI payments to the escrow account - Buyers will hire independent contractors to complete the remaining finishing on their own building - This is the only way the poor possession experience can be solved - Get rid of the builder - Bypass his organization for the EMI and redirect EMI pool to common account until finishing is complete. The escrow account is just a current account from which the finishing activities can be budgeted and completed. If any amount remains, that will be applied for society wide amenities. The middle man builders are the main reason things get delayed because they are busy paying their political masters instead of respecting their promises to the customers/homebuyers. If builder cries foul, threaten all his future projects by putting big banner to never buy from him on the half finished building.
