Hello Flosstube world!! I am so happy to be here to share my projects with you. This video focuses on my WIPs (or works in progress) of which I have a lot (or 32). I'm a starter at heart and proud. It's great to meet another stitcher who loves to start stuff! I've forced myself to focus on four or five projects at a time to up my finishing. I ,also, have worked in some smaller things to break up the bigger stitches. It's working 🙂 Hang in there and keep on stitching!

Thanks for joining me! I have been thinking about starting that one too! I’m in the middle of the last LOTR book now and read The Hobbit last year. I reached out to the designer this week about the Harry Potter design and he confirmed that the pattern is no longer allowed to be circulated in any way. It’s too bad but I’m glad he is still designing and making new patterns. Happy stitching!!

I have bought some from Mad for Minders on Etsy and some have been gifts. One time I bought pins off Etsy and trimmed the post off. I filed the post stump down and glued a neodymium magnet on. These are some of my favorite ones. ❤️. The pin selection on Etsy is 🤌🏼.

I got a response back from the designer. He said that there were reasons he removed the pattern from his website that he didn’t want to discuss. He also said he did not want the pattern distributed further by any means. I’m sorry. 😔

Great first FT! Congratulations! How do you get those hard crease/fold lines removed from your Aida in the dimensions kits? I have tried soaking the fabric and all different temperatures of water and then steam pressing on a towel and can never get them completely removed. Thank you.

I totally understand. I recently tried tepid water and then used a blocking mat made for knitting with T-pins to stretch it out. I sort of worked side to side readjusting until it was square with the lines on the mat and taut but not distorted. Then I let it dry over night. I plan on using this technique for the Dalmatian Dimensions kit when I finish it. Wrinkles drive me crazy!

I reached out to the designer to see if there was a way the pattern could still be shared since it was originally free. He responded that due to undisclosed circumstances (likely copyright), the pattern could no longer be circulated in any way.☹️. Cunning Cross Stitch does have a new Stich-Your-Own-Adventure Pattern out regarding Middle Earth and the Hobbit. I'm sorry about the Harry Potter pattern though.
