Your charts are simply gorgeous that you want to stitch. And I enjoy your WIPs that you showed! Funny thing about the housecoats/dusters is my mother-in-law was a nurse for many years and that was the first thing she put on after getting home from work to relax and unwind from the hectic day! I used to have a velour zip up robe myself but it wore out! I want to buy some of your linen and will check online at the shops you mention to find some! Enjoy your day!😀

Great chart parade! I have Keeper of the Pins coming and I can't wait to get started stitching those. I am on a mission right now to collect linen from different dyers to compare and find the one I like the best so the list of shops that you are shipping linen to is so helpful for my quest. I am a 28 and 32 count girl right now. I have never tried 36 or 40.

First time watching and I so enjoyed your floss tube! Thanks for all the info on the linen backlog. Nice to understand the whys but to hopefully see the light at the end of the tunnel for Zweigart. I wish I could join your house coats event but it's parent weekend for my daughter at Oregon State. Hoping you'll do another!

I have a 5 year old pyr (Sugar Moon). She was a wonderful puppy, but she’s a pill now. Barks at EVERYTHING, talks back when she’s in trouble, wants to attack all the dogs in the neighborhood, and chases our berner in the yard like a lioness chasing a gazelle. But she is super sweet with us, very smart, protects us, and loves me so much. We constantly have to remind her that she’s lucky she’s gorgeous! I started Liberty’s Welcome last summer and will pick it back up soon. I think/hope/pray that a fat 1/4 will be enough. Have a great couple of eeeks and good luck to yoyr daughter!

Oh boy, these Pyr's sure do have personality, don't they? 😂😂 mine just turned a year and she is a menace, but super sweet too. She's a digger, barker, chewer, etc. She also likes to run off like a cheetah.. lol. We adore her, but she really is a stinker! 😂😂

My grandma always wore a housecoat on Sundays before church. She would get her house and slip on, then don the duster to put the roast in so she didn't me up her Sunday dress. To me they were made for the days when women didn't wear pants and were always in dresses. Our sweatpants are the current dusters...

Good Morning Rachel ! Watching you while enjoying my coffee! Ok the Facebook live for us housecoat gals sounds like a blast! Only thing is I’m not on Facebook. I’ll think about joining. Oh my gosh!! I forget what I ordered thread or fabric for all the time!!!! Then when it goes on back order I’m really in trouble🤦🏼♀️
@brendahayden28322 жыл бұрын
I am glad somebody else also forgets what the heck chart they ordered that thread for! I am always trying to match it up. This year in my market frenzy i ordered two of the same chart for two different charts. 😳, forgetting I had already ordered them.

Great haul! Don't forget the pointy glasses to wear with your house coat & rollers! 😆 Marilyn
@marciaclifford71072 жыл бұрын
Because I am not made of money, I always check what threads I have before ordering more. And since I usually order for more than one pattern at a time, I make a list with the name of the pattern on the top and the threads I need underneath. Has saved my fleeting sanity a time or two because when the threads come, and I no longer remember what they were for, I just have to find my list (!!) and then all is good. Smart stitchers probably use their planners for this. Got a lot of stitching done - thanks!

I have a drawer for all those threads that I am clueless when they arrive. I always wonder how that happens. I so agree about the holding back on purchases and it being more exciting. I am in that position and it is. I am concerned about the trend that all the Flosstubers are concerned if they don't purchase enough or send things to people (I am avoiding a certain phrase). I don't care if people buy new things. If they do, it can be fun, but the people I like I don't honestly care what they talk about...even if the video is 80% their lives. I think the viewers maybe need to rethink their gripes. I would rather always see real stitches than charts any day. As you said, they are not always what it is even going to look like. I thought nothing of the Brenda Gervais Seasons until I saw people's actual stitches last night...I then bought at 3am. Hard to be a saint.
