Congratulations Annie, on all your beautiful patterns! I got the chills when you talked about singing Silent Night at the end of your Christmas eve service. I really love the song "Oh Holy Night". There was a lady that used to sing it during the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at church and it just brought me to tears every single time. I'm so glad your Thanksgiving was great and that you were able to take the girls to the Smokies. What wonderful memories the girls will have! Your patterns are so beautiful and reflect the style of stitching I love to do. My favorite Christmas hymn is Silent Night. Our son was born on Thanksgiving the year he was born, a month early. He was so tiny his first Christmas. I remember cradling and singing Silent Night to him standing in front of our lighted tree and all other house lights off. Just me and him. I love it when you say "nobody was hurt doing this" when talking about your first finishes, made me laugh out loud! I'm just watching this because I too was at the Jingle Ball this past weekend, I love how the designers are so accessible in the stitching rooms and meet & greats. And I enjoyed meeting fellow stitchers, seeing what everyone is working on and sharing ideas. I love Christmas music, to my husband's dismay it's now on in my car and he's forced to listen to it (and me singing along).
