Good to see you again Mary. You have some beautiful projects on the go, and some beautiful bags to put them in. I have just finished Blackbird and its a fun little stitch, didnt take long, and I kept listening to Paul McCartney sing it as I stitched! Stay well and happy stitching.

I always like to see what you're working on. That first blue fabric would look great for that project. I would suggest you pick a darker thread & audition it in the margin until you find a color you love. When you fall in love with the thread color & contrast on the fabric you will know you picked a winner. Hope the Dr finds a good solution for your daughter.

Mary, great floss tube, so good to see you again! Yes, I also love project bags, I understand, had to learn how to make them. You have great WIPS and even better plans. The Summer Quaker is exceptional, but I would prefer a white, lightest of grays or very light cream fabric, so that the water would stand out. A slightly mottled fabric I think would work. Stay well and the best to you.

Summer Quaker is a bit tricky as the white needs to stand out too. I thought the blue may be nice as it would represent the sky. I’m still thinking about it and may end up with something neutral. I like the 1st fabric out of 3 shown. Can you maybe go a shade darker on the blue floss??? You’re going to love your project bags. I make my own and have about 30-35 and most are being used. Trying to free up 12 for next years stitching each month. Loved all of your stitching, you got a lot done.
