I started something on 56 count and I looooove it. Try using a bigger needle (26) to help stop the floss shredding. :)

Having been stitching a couple of things on 46 count lately with silk (and enjoying it!), I think I would like a thinner thread, such as Soie 100/3, better on 56 count. I’m using the little beading needles (size 10 and 12) on 56 count. My 28 needle felt too large…my BFF Susan described it as it was like using those big, fat Crayola crayons to stitch with…Lol! What are your stitching on 56 count? I’m going to have to go back through your IG feed and look for it!
