I found you two recently and have had so much fun! I am listening and watching from the very beginning, yes all 24 of them! I feel like we are sisters from different mothers! I am quite a bit older than you guys so I will be the older “sister!” My favorite colors are red and blue, wine (any liquor) makes my cheeks red, I am analytical (even though I’ve never done a spread sheet, I’m a retired nurse practitioner, so enough said). I started cross stitch in the mid 1980’s, put it down for many, many years, mainly have been quilting and doing wool appliqué all this time. I started a cross stitch project for a friend about 2 years ago, and the rabbit hole sucked me back in. I found my 3 full storage boxes of xstitch patterns in my store room, packed to the gills, and believe it or not, almost all of the patterns have fabric included and a lot with the called for floss. I’m sure I may have some collectors items in there! I have no clue how the fabric and floss will be like after all this time. I pulled out a lot of FFO’s, started a wall of my finishes, some dating back to the oldest from 1984! You two are a joy, I’m going to keep listening. I now stitch every day, still a monogamous stitcher, but that might change. Thanks for hearing my story! I may have to visit some time. I live in St Louis,Mo so it would be about an 8 hr drive, but well worth it in my opinion! Thank you for your Flosstube! Shelly, also making my own project bags!

I watch Flosstube on my tv so although I come back and “like” all of the videos I watch, I don’t often stop to comment because I can’t remember anything. LOL However, today…there are those of us who would fast forward from minute 20 to minute 22 and there are those of us who would fast forward from the intro right TO minute 20. 😂 That expletive was so mild that the very best part was the snorting coming from Justine! Anyway, ladies…your FFOs were absolutely gorgeous even if you weren’t the stitcher. Thanks for the chuckles!
