Loved your tulip finish for your mum, I'd have chosen the black frame too. It's great to see all of your amazing projects decorating the walls and of course the cats are the star of the show. I enjoy all the stories of your chaotic life x

Good to see you Cat with all your progress. Love the Tulips one, feel sure she would've loved it too. Glad you had a good day with Elaine and Sally. Have a good time away. You truly are a good daughter. Stay safe. No falling over.🤗

I hope you had a wonderful time with your mum! The tulip piece is gorgeous - what a great daughter you are. Thank you so much for the real life updates - I fell in April, same reaction as you, and unfortunately shattered my elbow! Hope your leg is much better. Thanks for sharing your beautiful stitching and be well!

Your tulip finish for your Mom is gorgeous! The stitched piece looks so much more vibrant than the picture on the pattern cover! Well done! I love scroll frames! I don't have a Lowry stand, but I do have a K's Creations that I found at an estate/craft sale for VERY reasonable. Keep at it, it will get easier! Thanks for the great video! Your cats are so sweet!

Great to see you back so soon Cat! I was hoping you would keep to your monthly update and you did yay!! Firstly your flower finish is AMAZING! Think that’s a lovely thing to do for your mum. I’m sure she really appreciated it. You had me howling with the bucket of weights on the lowery as I have my partners big dumbell on mine so i know the pain is real 😂so happy to see you getting back to enjoying your stitching and planning new starts!! Are you going the Big stich event in July. It’s closer to Manchester and it’s a huge event , it would be lovely to see you there! Me and mama will be there on the Saturday and it would be lovely to see you there! 💗🧵

Love your tulips for your mum and the framing looked just 👌 Prof Brian Cox will be calling you to demonstrate the physics of using a Lowery stand very soon 😂 (which is why I will never ever ever be using one 🤷♀️) Have a lovely time away with your mum - speak soon! 😘

There are floss tube videos that I look forward to, yours being one of them. When one comes out I have a whole thing I go through so I can watch it and stitch without being disturbed!! In an effort to achieve this goal, I fell down my front stairs and landed face first in a boxwood!! 6 hours later and lots of xrays I did break my ankle!! But on the bright side no one bothered me while I watched your video. Just had to tell you because of the Poochy story. Always love your stitching and stories. Thank you Heather

Oh no Heather 🤦♀️ I hope you're ok!! It's just so easy to do. When I was younger, I was always either breaking my arms or spraining my ankle, I'm hyperextensive so it would happen so easily, drove my parents/friends/partner(s) insane!! Well all my love, I hope you enjoyed the video and I hope you heal quickly and everyone is spoiling you! Xxx

I'm getting an awful lot of stitching done. I'm doing mira may and might just finish one. My nurse( our dashund) hasn't left my side. I wanted to send you a picture of us but don't know how. Anyway loved your video and enjoy your vacation with your mum xo

Have an absolutely fab time with your Mum in Wales. Looking forward to further updates. With your Millennium frame the problem with side tension is because the fabric is wider than the bars. If you cut it down a bit you’ll be able to use the screws to get it drum tight.

Oh Kat, you did make me laugh 😆 it was great to spend some time with you today. I desperately need a Drawn Thread in my life now and their website is a rabbit hole I’m trying not to fall down… speaking of which I’m glad your ankle wasn’t too badly damaged! I love the cat room sharing dilemma ❤ take care xx

Great video-love your projects! Isn’t it amazing how many items we need to work on different projects? I can stitch in hand if necessary, but my stitches don’t look as good. I would love to give up in q snaps, hoops, frames, stands etc. BTW-the word you are looking for is “taut”-to hold tight. “Taunt” means to tease or goad someone. Thanks for everything 🌻
@catv.stitches51096 ай бұрын
Lol, was I saying 'taunt', that's funny. Stupid peri brain!!!

Hello! I think the Drawn Thread Elaine was doing at our meet up was The Kitchen Garden. I have that one and also Emily's Hope so if you fancy doing one together! I've not done speciality stitches since I was about 15 so it will be a challenge for me! Great to see you again so soon after the last one xx

It’s always great to see you, you will get use to the scroll frame, I stitch in the ditch with my elbesee one and fine the tension is better that way ❤ however it’s still not as good as a qsnap but you get the hang of it x
@catv.stitches51096 ай бұрын
Thank-you for the tip, I've just tired that, and yep. A lot better, stitching in the ditch is the way forward! Also have a handy shelf for things!!
@heatherleach21816 ай бұрын
@@catv.stitches5109 so glad it helped and it is a great shelf, I can’t take the credit though it was Steve (other half of craftystitchers) that gave me this tip ❤️

I sent you a question about the Long Dog as well but I sent mine through Instagram messages. I think it said it would be read as soon as I was accepted or something to that effect. Anyway, my question was about how did you fix the problem with Pattern Keeper. Im glad you answered here but I did hear of a fix and I found it on the Long Dog Facebook page by Julia Line. Im hoping it fixed the problem but I will also follow what you said because that is the only way that I am going to know for sure if its fixed. I was wondering how would I find which column is lost and you answered that on this video. Thanks so much!
