Awww gorgeous my cat Oscar loved playing that game when he was younger, great finishes! omg I feel your pain I hate backstitch it looks great but it’s such a chore to do I love so many patterns with it but not enough to put myself through that pain 😆 I love a full coverage that’s all I ever did till I discovered Quakers

I'm really enjoying it Sarah, as you've said, it supports the desire to keep a thread on your needle until its finished, and you get the picture coming to life with full blocks being completed and you loose the 'which symbol next?' dilemma. I was really hating all the parked threads too!

Can i ask if you had any books to help? I had one A5 size book on book keeping years ago and i can't for the life of me remember the title etc. just want to brush up on it. Ahhh congratulations on your lovely finish and also on your qualification. Can I just ask where your framer is based? I think you’re East Midlands aren’t you? Well I’m over in Heanor nr Ripley and I’d love to know if there’s a cross stitch framer near by for future reference. Although I don’t drive so travelling could prove problematic but thought I’d ask anyway xx
