Flosstube #38: Hello May

What a wonderful day it is when I can watch your flosstube! You, ladies have so much happy energy and wonderful stitching to show us. I kinda put All Creatures Great and Small at the back of my mind but here it is again. Maybe it telling me I need to buy and stitch it. It’s one I have always loved but talked myself out of it. Can’t wait for next video but understand the time thing. Happy Stitching!

Well YAY!!! I LOVE when you pop up in my feed!!!👏👏👏👏☺️💖 Holly I CAN NOT believe your son is in COLLEGE!! I remember, oohhh, those 6 years ago😉 when you’d speak about him in school, etc…. I too only had one kid (mine is a girl kind😁) and when the ONE kid leaves for college, it’s like…”What? Wait! What just happened!!” (It seems to go that fast!!) 🥰. And Miss Anita - I LOVE to see the “retired Anita”😎 as I love how you now have the freedom and ability to travel around to visit with family and friends - you’ve got yourself a pretty good gig lady!!👏☺️💖. You both are very blessed, and it’s heartwarming to watch! 💖💖 It’s great to see your beautiful stitching and “delightful deliveries” (do you watch “Running with Scissors, Stitching with Jane and Julie”? I have stitched the first three finishes that you showed today, Fraktur flowers, and the two that Anita showed from Blackbird designs and I can’t remember the names. Anyway, we have a lot of the same taste. Happy belated birthday 🥳 Anita and Holly. So Holly is 50, Anita is 60 and July 1st I’ll be 70. I stitched All Creatures Great and Small a few years ago and it was so much fun to stitch and not really hard at all. I think that is because of so many different small animals, etc. Hint: don’t save the grassy hill til last😀

Yes, I am! I really enjoy satin stitches. I use the sewing method and it stitches up pretty quickly. Oh Joyous Day is such a joyful stitch! I have a hard time putting it aside.
