I was so glad to see you were stitching the Gingerbread House on 20 count fabric. I am struggling with the called for in the Kit. I think I'm going to try a 20 ct fabric. The Elf and the Cat, had a Jolly time watching the Nutcracker.

Wow...lots of pretty stitches Sarah. I am working on Humming of the Bees and it is so close to a finish that I am going to work monogamously on it until it is complete. I used the Vicky Clayton silks on it and I love the way it is turning out. Brenda Gervais loves Satin stitch and one over one doesn't she? I tend to leave off the Satin stitches as I just like cross stitch better. I have thought of doing that piece isn't it the companion piece to Winter Rose Manor? Hope your recovery is going well.

Hi sweetie. I’m so very sorry about your ankle. I hope you’re not in too much pain and it heals quickly. Your stitches are stunning and you’re getting so much done while you’re convalescing!!!! You know what they say: God never closes a door without opening a window!!😊. Hello dear sweet, sweet Sarah!!! First of all, I love that you are unapologetically an Aida stitcher…as am I. Your fabric choices are spot on. Santa Stops Here is beautiful. Do you usually do the white first? In the first piece I ever stitched, the designer suggested doing the white first so as not to drag in through the reds later on. Good advice, I think, so I do the white first on most everything. I love your videos. You are just so precious. Happy Stitching. Merry Christmas. ❤❤ Hope you are healing and improving. Hugs! Kay

@@abbystone5738 I only slept on the couch twice when the pain was so unbearable in the first few days. I sleep in the bed but I wear the boot to protect it. I manage everything with a lot of help from my family. I couldn’t do it without them.
