Love the candlestick finish! Made a note of it for my next round finish:) One of the many reasons I love watching flosstube is seeing and hearing about the lives of people from all over the world. That scenery and the gorgeous ponies at the beginning were breathtaking and wish I could enjoy a frosty morning here! It's way too hot in Philly!

Lovely to see your ponies! Its fly season here, Jack is going mad at them despite me liberally applying the fly spray. I love the Prairie Schooler patterns you're doing, they will look great as a drum. The Strawberry pattern is beautiful x

Hi Mel, I found your channel after you had subscribed to mine, I have just watched this video and will dip in and out of some of your previous ones. I had to laugh when you were talking about frozen water. I spent 8mths in Australia, NSW, working with racehorses many years ago and worked there over winter, the girls in the yard were complaining of how cold it was and frozen water etc, I was still walking around in just a jumper explaining that in England when you have a frozen water bucket the entire bucket would freeze not just the top layer , they couldn’t believe it 😂. Love seeing the scenery and your ponies. Keep warm 😁

Oh gosh you knew JUST what I needed to see at the start of your video! I felt like I could breathe! We have broken 3 heat records in a row - it was 46 degrees Celsius while I watched your video. The spider web was gorgeous and I loved watching your morning chores. You got so much stitching done this month, friend! I have the same Erin Congden book and I love it! Love, love the pin cushion you made Mel😁. It was great to see where you live, with all the open space. when you showed the Quaker project my eye immediately went to the bottom right hand corner motif, I hope I'm wrong but is it wrong? Hope not. For some reason flosstube didn't ping this episode up, the good thing with that is I had double bubble today lol. Hoping you are warmer now. We're meant to be in summer hear in UK, but we've had a mix of weather and some days/nights are very cold. Dizzy' Stitcher tells us the temp. over there and your winter temperatures are warmer than our summers lol. Enjoy your stitching time. Take care
