I would love to do that! As soon as I can figure out the filming logistics that don't make the camera move too much I will! It's hard to get close enough to my project without constantly hitting it lol!

Then I’ve got to Sherlock Holmes my way to figuring out what to attach it to in order to get a clear shot of my work. 😂 Thank you so much for considering it! Thank you! I'm thinking about doing a Notion tour at some point, but I haven't decided yet! As far as how I'm doing my threads, I'm using the floss storage included in the Nati template! I just hadn't used it before now!

My apologies for being so far behind in my viewing, but here I am. ☺️ You should be so proud of all the progress you’ve made since your last visit, especially on your bigger projects like the Vanity Sampler and Song of the Nightingale! And the stitching is so beautiful. Not only that, but all your numbers are doing really well as far as your low-start stats. You go, girl! 😊 Thanks for the encouraging words about lacing, and what tutorial you watched…I will check it out for sure. Your Pink Pony piece is precious, and I look forward to hearing about/seeing how your homemade cording came out. Fantastic haul, by the way…my favorites were the half price Gentle Arts flosses and the Grandpa’s Shop Rag fabric. I’m currently working on Turkey Day by Cottage Garden Samplings…I’ve been monogamously stitching on 4 different projects for the last several weeks, finishing one at a time, before I start a new project (Dark Golden Delicious by the Artsy Housewife) and this my final piece to complete! I love your mathematical intro and the graphs of all the months ❤ I am trying to count all my stitches this year and it really brings so much extra dopamine just adding numbers every evening. Though I m stitching much less than you, only about 12k in a good month 😂 Bingo didn’t work for me either, but in another group I found smth like a game where they give you 10 prompts each month and you stitch 500-1000 on corresponding projects or double on anything else you want. I was keeping up with it and it really pushes me to choose some older projects that I haven’t even thought about Can’t wait to see your end of the year parade, I bet it will be impressive ❤

🎉 Just caught up with your updates. Amazing work and it sounds like you have found a system that works well for you. You have some wonderful projects, I was busy making a list of my favorites! It would be wonderful if you could do a video tutorial for you stitching bags but, I understand that's asking a lot! I particularly like the size and extra fabric piece on the front on the bottom of the vinyl window.🙂 Maybe I'll try to figure measurements out myself since I know the technical parts of the bags. 🎉 I'm a knitter, cross stitch is my backup hobby, so I'm working on a little dmc kit called "Carmen." I saw an amazing artist a few months ago who was using thread to make hair for embroidery portraits and when I saw this "Carmen" kit I thought it would be perfect to try and replicate that look.

🎉 I am, at this very moment working on a stocking for my daughter. I had made both my kids stockings when they were little, but after 24 years hers has worn out. She chose a new pattern for her "adult" stocking and I've been working on it off and on since last October. If I stitched on it monogamously, I'd have it done by next month, but I get bored with one project. My goal is to have it fully finished for Christmas this year. I love all your wips. Brijin , you are all into the numbers, and I can see why in some regards. I just hope that you don’t get too reliant on those numbers. This is, after all, your hobby and I love to see the enthusiasm you and “the girlies” show about your stitches. It is that enthusiasm that brought me back to stitching after a long time away. 😊 That being said, July for me is a knitting month - two sock KALs and a shawl MKAL. I am not sure what I will do for the Olympics, but I think it will be something stitchy or maybe some of each. You are making great progress on your stitches and they look beautiful! 😍

Great job on your WIPS. You said that you use a hoop & not qsnaps but I never see hoop marks on your WIPS. I stopped using hoops because of that How do you not get marks?

I use Morgan hoops specifically, I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but it's what I use! I find that with those when I pull the project off the hoop there's a small indent, but after I let it relax overnight and then iron it with steam (sometimes a little spray of water on the hoop mark if I left it on for a while), they come right out! I also do try not to leave my hoop on my project for more than 3 days at a time, usually I try to take it off overnight and I never have any issues! The only hoops I've had marks not come out with are the Nurge hoops, so I don't use those anymore!
