I'm going to start small for 2023 and start a new small each month....not ready for the sampler a month, but someday. 2023 is mapping out to be a good year with several trips on the calendar. Kristy you never fail to encourage and inspire! I have a long list of Flosstube I watch occasionally but you are definitely in my TOP TEN LIST. I love your style of stitching, your quiet manner, I love that it is not all about haul. Your home looks so warm and welcoming. It is always a highlight when your latest vlog shows up on my feed. Not sure if you remember or not but back in August (or early September) I mentioned that it might be fun to do an old schoolhouse chart and display it with primitive early schoolgirl samplers. After saying it, I couldn’t get it off my mind so I searched down an old Leisure Arts booklet of early schoolgirl samplers and an old school. I have 4 (tiny) schoolgirl charts from the L.A. booklet ffo’d and the school chart. They have been hastily hung but I plan to display them a little better (with a chalkboard and an apple) the new year. Thanks for inspiring! Merry Christmas and wish you and yours all the best.

Love seeing your pieces. I have kept tracks of my finishes for about 6 years. I do alot of smalls. I have done 68 so far this year. I had 78 Last year. My friends and I did strawberries this year. Last year it was Bbd little stockings. I did 32 of them. Next year I really am going to try and finish some of my older things. I probably have 60 to 80 wips. Thank you very much Sandy. I have for the most part had good experience buying linens online. There have been a few pieces that I didn't care for the color so much, but eventually found a use for them. I try to pay attention to other FlossTubers linen colors and really enjoy those that do color comparisons, that helps me quite a bit. Start with smaller pieces to get an idea.
