I recently picked up some craft magnets on Amazon to replace the smaller, non-glued ones on my needle finders. The 10x3mm size is what I prefer and they’re pretty inexpensive. Sending good thoughts for your grandmother.

I love using flax too, all threads look good on it especially whites! Also occasionally use the permins lambswool, it's much stiffer than zweigart but the stitches lay so beautifully...

Hi Megan I use the same Plastic Floss Cards Holders from Amazon that you do. I just love them. They are fantastic. I have a Master Set of DMC Threads in the Floss Box Storage Plastic 17 Compartment Boxes. I have two projects now that I am using the Plastic Floss Holders. Love all of your WIPS - Your Skirt and your Knitting. Everything is so pretty. I love Fall Patterns - I love the one that you are stitching. This is so pretty. Hi, my sweet friend. Your video came at the exact right time for me today, and this visit from you was just what I needed to “reset” my brain after an unsettled morning. ☺️ I loved seeing both Malakai and Amira today! And Daniel, too, in his new red cap! So handsome! I am so sorry to hear Grandma Sue had a setback, and I will be remembering her in my prayers. Good bless you, dear friend! I love you! 💙 Meline

Hi Megan , weather is cooling off here made a hot coffee and had a sweatshirt on for the first time 😂. Stitching and knitting look great. Question - on your knit family hat you make. You say you whip stitch rim meaning . Do you fold and pick stitches up and knit together then continue to knit hat. For your husband amount of stitches you cast on for him?. Thanks❤
@TheSeattleStitcher5 күн бұрын
Hello! Sounds fabulous. Yes, I fold the fabric and pickup the cast on edge and knit it together with the working yarn and active stitches. I cast on 128 stitches for a hat for Dan and that’s a large hat in my opinion because they do stretch out if you are using a wool nylon blend. After a couple wears he usually says they fit better.
