I don't know how I missed one of your videos, I look forward to each and every one. I am first a quilter and then a stitcher....but of recent time I sew in the morning and stitch in the afternoon. I would love to see more quilting, but truthfully, whatever works for you and your family. I can only imagine what it takes to video for Flosstube and am thankful for whatever you decide. It’s such a treat when your videos come out. Just love your sweet personality and all you share. I think people would love to hear and see anything you have to show and tell about. As you know, I chose to make separate videos for Flosstube and quilting, but it was because I was a brand new returning crossstitcher and didn’t have much to show as far as current projects, yet I have tons of quilting finishes and in progress. I also wanted to be able to go into the details and stories behind the quilts without feeling like those who just wanted the cross stitch were bored. I find the Flosstube videos get more views than the quilting videos. So, less viewers want all the details of my quilts and that’s ok. I like the routine of every other video being one or the other because of the amount of quilts I have. It comes down to what you feel comfortable with doing, because it is a lot of work to make the videos. As I’ve read the comments so far, I agree with the majority.....we all just love seeing you, hearing your voice and knowing what you’ve been up to, so you do what works best in your schedule and we’ll be happy, too! You’re awesome, sweet friend!

Even though I have been set in my stitching ways after 30+ years, I love watching tutorials while I stitch. Your stitching in hand video is the first tutorial that has changed my stitching. As I began Women of the Mayflower, your relaxing voice describing stitching in hand kept playing through my head. I decided to give it a try and have loved every minute of stitching this project since. I look forward to finishing it in next few days and trying in hand stitching on a new project. Kristy I love watching you. I don’t do projects as complicated as you do but I love seeing them on your floss tube. I have macular degeneration and could never stitch on linen anymore. But I love seeing your projects and the beautiful fabrics you chose for them. I love quilting and crocheting also. Whether you do videos together or separately, I will watch it all. I cross-stitched years before i became a quilter, but now quilt most of the time. I love floss tube even though I don't stitch as much as quilt. I would watch both. You need to do what works best for you. you can always tell viewers where the quilting time mark is or where the stitching time mark is. Carol,SaltBox Stitcher mentioned you in her last floss tube. So here I am-subscribed!! I understand the cold and snow. I live in MN. Prim and Proper.

This is my first time watching one of your videos and I loved it. I have heard your name on the FQS and Lori Holt videos quite often so had to see for myself. So fun to see what you are working on and have finished. You have inspired me to get stitching for sure. Seeing charts you are stitching that I didn't think I was interested have totally changed my opinion, so more to add to that bucket list, lol! I watched your video for the first time. I enjoyed it so much I immediately subscribed and I had to go back and look at your other videos. You had included in your video everything I love to do; cross stitch, quilting and crocheting. I loved your cross stitch patterns. 4 weeks ago I registered for a beginning quilting class and I have one more class to go. It was on my bucket list to learn and I have enjoyed it so much. Thank you for sharing your projects. I think I would like to see you do a separate video for cross stitch and one for quilting but either way I will be watching. I am a multicrafter so I like seeing all the things but I don't quilt so I am unlikely to watch a separate video. But I enjoy it when cross-stitchers show their quilts in their flosstubes. When there is content that I am not as interested in I just fast forward through those parts, which is easy enough to do. I say do what you'd like to do.

Hi Kristy, I love both cross stitch and quilting so don’t have a problem if you include both in one. What I have seen some others do is put all the quilting stuff at the end but then again you might pick up some other followers if you do separate videos. PRIM and PROPER is a great quilt-a-long that I wouldn’t mind participating in.

I both quilt and cross stitch, so I don't mind seeing them together! They are my two favorite crafts. I also crochet, and have quite a bit of Lori's chunky thread! If you do separate your cross stitch and quilting, I will watch both, but as a homeschool mom also, I know how much time that takes so if there is not time to record more than one video a month right now, don't feel bad! Another floss tuber I watch puts her comments about her quilting in the second half so anyone that wants to skip quilting can and places a timestamps for anyone that wants to skip cross stitching. Just watched your flosstube and enjoyed it very much! I also enjoy cross stitch, quilting and crocheting and feel torn each day on what to work on. Hi Kristi! I was just going to mention that if you take a piece of tape and go over the fabric where you have frogged something, it will pick up all the pieces of thread and even help kind of close up the holes. I love seeing both your cross stitch and your quilting! It doesn’t matter to me, tho, if you want to go into more detail with the quilting on another video, I will watch both! Love all your projects and always excited to see a new video from you!! Hope your fall lasts longer before the snow comes. I have been wanting to try to learn to quilt and have bought a small log cabin table topper quilt to start with. So, anything I can learn from you to get started would be wonderful. There is always something to enjoy and learn from different kinds of needlework and crafts, even if only to see all the beautiful colors. I just learned to quilt a few years ago. Self taught by watching tutorials, first quilt was a Jean quilt using old jeans from the family. This year I made three graduation quilts and am looking for some new inspiration. I do so love your crossing videos so would love to see them separate but do whatever is more comfortable to you. I enjoy your stitching and quilting so what is easiest for you to show will be fine with me. Your a great inspiration on all your crafts. The best turkey I've seen designed on your Lords Blessing. I use the color piecrust on faces a lot by classic colorworks. I have also made granny square shaws that is real easy you can use them as a nice scarf around your neck or just to keep your shoulders warm while your stitching. I enjoy your videos tremendously. I am a quilter and a stitcher but I like the topics separated as the videos tend not to be quite as long at one time. I enjoy Prim and Proper and would make good use of the book. Continue with all the things you are doing, as I can tell they bring you great joy and thank you for sharing that with us.

I love watching everything thing you make and enjoy videos that feature multiple crafts-it’s an opportunity to learn something new! Because of you and Lori Holt (+Fat Quarter Shop) I am very tempted to start quilting. I made a log cabin wall hanging 35 years ago (I’m still using the ruler I bought back then) and would love the Prim and Proper quilt because of that gorgeous flower urn and cross stitches plus the colors are so beautiful. Watching these videos inspires me to make all the things...is quilting next? I hope so! 😊🧵✂️

I just got my Prim & Proper book yesterday! I love it! I basically love everything that Lori puts out there for us. As far as separating your cross stitch and quilting videos, do what is best for you! I'll watch all of your videos no mater what. 😊 I quilt, cross stitch, and crochet. So far I have only shown my stitching on my Flosstube channel and I have a hard time keeping those under an hour, so I completely understand your dilema! Oh...and Hey Pumpkin is so cute! I unsubbed from the Quarterly Stitch Club with the fall box because I thought it was going to be more of a Halloween design. I was so upset with myself when I saw the design. I love Hey Pumpkin! I resubbed really quickly! Have a great week!
