I have watched so many of your videos and the ones where you show new releases, so I was not surprised to see a lace inspired piece... but still, seeing it, is always a surprise! I am not one who likes stitching words, but all your releases speak to me and want to make their way onto my wishlist. You have done a nice collection, as always 👏🏻🥰

So much can be done with color! Given our "common language" of DMC, there is so much stitchers for stitchers to explore with a large, relatively accessible thread range.

These designs are the best! I will be ordering the Peace design. I want to thank you for telling us last fall about the needlework show at Woodlawn PopeLeighey and tell you I sent in a cross stitch piece I did. You inform us about many things. I never heard of Floosch thread but bet it’s good for Sashiko stitching. I’ll check it out.

Love your new patterns! I fell in love with Landscape but didn’t realize you had the Repeating Motif Series. The Cherry Blossoms is really calling to me. The picture reminds me of where I used to live in the High Park area of Toronto. Cherry Blossoms in Spring are a tradition there. Thank you for your Peace contribution! Good luck at Nashville Market. Cheers.

Arlene, your new designs are absolutely beautiful! That lace piece is jaw dropping, and your piece with all the colors (324?) is also brilliant! I also love your cherry blossoms piece. I love seeing those pink trees in the spring. I know you mentioned you stitched it over 1 on 32 count. Would that piece be friendly for a 16 count Aida or over 2 on a 28 count? Wishing you success at market! Each of your new designs is spectacular!
@worksbyabc10 ай бұрын
Ugh...just went back and watched that part. My apologies - I totally misspoke. I meant to say I stitched using one strand, not over 1. And over course, in stitcher world, those are two different things! This is stitched over 2 threads using 1 strand, so it is perfectly fine for aida or anything else. I was trying to highlight the one strand look on 32 count instead of 2 strands (which might be a more usual amount for 32-over-2) and the words did not come out correctly. Thanks so much!

Question: Are these patterns Pattern Keeper friendly? Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I want to make all of your "lace" patterns. Also, I noticed on your Etsy page that a lot of the patterns were posted twice with different price points. What is the difference to cross stitchers? Vivian Ann
@worksbyabc10 ай бұрын
Hi, Vivian - The pdf versions of my patterns are indeed Pattern Keeper friendly. On my Etsy store, I sell two versions of every design - a paper copy to be mailed to you and a pdf version for instant download. Etsy does not allow a listing to have both options at once, so I have to create 2 different listings. If you favor one over the other, you can click on that category (wherever categories might be listed, it depends on what device you are on) and then see only the pdf listings or only the paper listings. I also put those words - pdf and paper - in the title of each listing. Hope this helps!
