Thank you for sharing so many Primitive Needle, I stalk listings on Ebay to no avail, but it is so wonderful to see all of them in your collection and stitched. I am going to watch again to see what I have missed but we have many that are similar or that are in my WIP pile. Happy Stitching

A very enjoyable sampler parade, so many I'd love to stitch and a few I'd never seen. Of course, those are from The Primitive Needle so it's best I look away...my sister lived in New Orleans for many years and loves when I stitch her Voodoo! The Jenny Bean samplers are near the top of my list, just not enough hours in each day. Thank you for all the eye candy and your darling cat.

So many beautiful pieces - doesn't matter whether they're samplers or not, (I'd say they are but what do I know) they are all amazing and deserve to be seen. Personally, I love the more modern designs and you stitch them so beautifully. And I love your personalisations! ❤

Oh I love all your finishes, but especially “Bind My Wandering Heart to Thee”. It is a line from my favorite hymn Come Thou Fount. The stanza is “Oh to grace, how great a debtor Daily I'm constrained to be Let Thy goodness like a fetter Bind my wandering heart to Thee” ❤ The amount of stitching you have completed is amazing. I have the gingerbread Christmas sampler chart in my stash… you have inspired me to look for it!

Thank you for the eye candy! 😍 I have a loose definition of “sampler.” To me it means it displays a sample of motifs. That could mean letters, geometric designs, organic designs, types of stitches, even types of fibers, or something else. 💜

Thanks for sharing your sampler finishes. Very beautiful work. Great way to enter the spirit of sample September! I would classify as samplers all of the finished pieces that you shared. Of course, I’m no expert. I like to stitch all sorts of items that I call samplers from some of the colorful modern feeling jardin prive patterns to the more traditional like blackbird designs. I think I need to add the Jenny bean patterns to my ever growing wish list. Happy stitching!

Re your sampler dilemma- there are reproduction samplers and then there are contemporary/modern samplers, so your newer samplers still fall into the sampler category 😊. Loved seeing all of your framed and unframed finishes!
