At the copper mill I worked at years ago, the plant manager once told me they ran out of reagent for the flotation tanks. He chuckled and said they substituted Pine Sol for a couple of days and said it really worked well.

mine processes such as this are designed to work in the normal gravity environment that we are familiar with. in order to perform these processes for lunar and astroidal mining, equipment and safety Protocols will have to be redesigned to function in micro gravity.
